Return & Cancellation Policy
Vital Pep Wellness wants customers to receive the correct products in appropriate condition.
Because our products are sold for laboratory and research applications, return eligibility may be limited in order to protect product integrity and prevent previously distributed research materials from being returned to inventory.
Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns
Due to the nature of research products and product-integrity considerations, products generally cannot be returned once shipped, except where required by applicable law or where Vital Pep Wellness determines that the product received was incorrect or materially damaged.

Incorrect Products
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us promptly.

- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the label and packaging

Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, contact us promptly after delivery.
Please retain the original packaging and provide clear photographs showing the condition of the shipment.
Depending on the circumstances, an eligible resolution may include replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Missing Products
If an item is missing from your shipment, contact us with your order number and details of the missing product.
We will review the order and shipping records before determining the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless another arrangement is required or permitted.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges, customs fees, taxes, and third-party charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or the refund is related to an error attributable to Vital Pep Wellness.
Shipping Delays
A normal carrier or customs delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
However, where applicable law requires cancellation or refund rights because an order has not shipped within the promised timeframe, those rights will be honored.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for understanding import requirements in their country.

- Refusal of entry by customs
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with an order, please contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
This provision does not limit any legal rights you may have through your card issuer or applicable consumer-protection law.
